Please review the following terms before booking a treatment with us.
Services Offered
Cloud 21 Wellness offers massage, facial and wellness treatments. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Client Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years of age or older, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. Clients with certain medical conditions may be required to obtain physician approval before receiving treatment.
Booking & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, e-Transfer and WeChat Pay.
Health Disclosure
Clients must inform their therapist of any health issues, allergies or medical conditions prior to treatment. Cloud 21 Wellness reserves the right to refuse service where there are health or safety concerns.
Liability
Cloud 21 Wellness is not liable for any injuries, losses or damages that may occur on the premises. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
Privacy
Client information is kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Testimonials may be used only with the client’s consent.
Client Conduct
Respectful behaviour is required at all times. Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client may be asked to leave.
Changes to These Terms
Cloud 21 Wellness reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to clients.
